WMAL has partnered with MADD NoVA in a campaign to encourage parents and teens
to discuss underage drinking. WMAL listeners will be urged to download a "contract"
provided by MADD NoVA from the WMAL website which, when signed, commits the
teen to abstain from drinking and commits the parents to be available to support the
teenager.
Each returned contract will be rewarded with a gift certificate redeemable
at a casual restaurant and entered in a drawing for limos rides for appropriate events, such as prom night or a graduation party.
